is hosting a Parent Summit

Participants in the Summit will:
- Form a shared vision for optimal health outcomes for CYSHCN
- Establish and enhance mutually beneficial partnerships with family leaders and organizations across the state
- Gain skills and insights needed to collaborate with other leaders across the state, ultimately leading to improving outcomes for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN), chronic illnesses, disabilities, and their families
