- Email your application: Fill out the application. Save the application to your computer. Use your favorite mail system and compose your email to “Membership@tnhandsandvoices.org“. Attached your application using the Attach File or paper clip.
- Fax your Application: Fill out the application. Save the application to your computer document folder. Print the application using the print button INSIDE the PDF view. Fax the application to 1-800-840-2410. (Use FaxZero.com to Fax your application from your computer.)
- Mail Application: Fill out the application. Print the application using the print button INSIDE the PDF viewer. Mail application to the address on the top right corner of the application.
